Data Privacy Statement

We are delighted at your interest in our website. The protection of your privacy is very important to us. Below we inform you in detail of how your data will be handled.

1. Access data and hosting

You can visit our websites without providing personal details. Every time a website is visited, the web server automatically stores only a so-called server log file which, for example, contains the name of the file requested, your IP address, the date and time of the request, the volume of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data), and documents the request.

This access data is evaluated exclusively for the purpose of ensuring the smooth operation of the website and improving our services. This serves, as set out in Art. 6 (1), sentence 1, letter f GDPR, the protection of our overriding legitimate interests in the proper presentation of our services on the basis of a balancing of interests. All access data will be erased no later than seven days after your website visit has ended.

Third-party hosting services

As part of processing on our behalf, a third-party provider provides us with hosting and website presentation services. This serves the protection of our overriding legitimate interests in the proper presentation of our services on the basis of a balancing of interests. All data collected in connection with the use of this website as described below is processed on this third-party provider's servers. Processing on other servers takes place only to the extent explained here.

This service provider is based within a country of the European Union or the European Economic Area.

2. Collection and use of data for the purpose of performing the contract

We shall collect the personal data that you submit to us when initiating a contract or contacting us (e.g. via a contact form or by email). Mandatory fields are marked as such where we absolutely need this data in order to perform the contract or process your contact request, and you would otherwise not be able to conclude the contract or send the contact request. What data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms. We shall, as set out in Art. 6 (1), sentence 1, letter b GDPR, use your submitted data in order to perform the contract and process your enquiries. Once the contract has been fully implemented, any further processing of your data will be restricted, and your data will be erased upon the expiration of any retention periods applicable under fiscal and/or commercial law, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data, or we have reserved the right to further use your data, provided that this is permitted by law, and we have informed you thereof in this statement.

If we receive your e-mail address in connection with a service and you have not objected to this, we reserve the right to provide you with regular offers on similar products, such as the one already booked, from our range by e-mail on the basis of §7 Abs. 3 UWG. Send. This serves to safeguard our legitimate interests in an advertiser's approach to a commercial approach in the context of a balance of interests.

3. Cookies

To make visits to our website more appealing and enable certain features to be used in order to display suitable products, or for market research purposes, we use so-called cookies on various sites. This serves the protection of our overriding legitimate interests in the optimised presentation of our services in accordance with Art. 6 (1), sentence 1, letter f GDPR on the basis of a balancing of interests. Cookies are small text files automatically stored on your terminal device. Some of the cookies that we use are deleted when the browser session ends, i.e. when your browser is closed (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your terminal device and enable us to recognise your browser again when you next visit our website (persistent cookies). You can gather the storage period from the overview in your web browser's cookie settings. You can set your browser in such a way that you are informed of the placement of cookies and you decide on a case-by-case basis whether to accept or reject cookies in certain cases or in general. Every browser differs in the way that it manages the cookie settings. This is described in every browser's Help menu, which explains to you how you can alter your cookie settings.

You can find these under the following links for the following browsers:

4. SSL and/or TSL encryption

This website uses SSL and/or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transfer of confidential content, for example orders or enquiries that you send to us as a website operator. You can recognise that an encrypted connection is in progress by the change from "http://" to "https://" in your browser's address bar and by the lock symbol in your browser bar.

If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, third parties cannot read the data that you submit to us.

5. Google Maps

This website uses the map service Google Maps via an API. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Use of the Google Maps features requires that your IP address be stored. Generally, this information is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this website has no influence over this transfer of data.

Google Maps is used in the interest of presenting our online services in an appealing way and making it easy to locate the places specified by us on the website. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Section 6 (1), letter f GDPR.

Insofar as we process personal data, as explained above, for the protection of our overriding legitimate interests based on a balancing of interests, you may object to this processing with effect for the future. If the processing takes place for purposes of direct marketing, you may exercise this right at any time as described above.
